So Happy!My color has been a light brown and I asked to have it go lighter. I could not be happier. The color is natural looking and looks much softer against my complexion. Very satisfiedPretty amazing, actually. Given the variances in color from one computer screen to another, I was surprised and impressed by how close they came to my prior color. Application was easy, another surprise because I have streaks I had to work around so I wouldn’t lose them. The only problem I had was that I didn’t apply the color heavily enough at the temples, so I ended up with a little gray still there. Now I’ll know better for my next application. Good colorI just tried my hair color and I love it. Ordered it I think in May but just used it. It was easy to use, I like that everything is right there. I think I would like to try highlights. Root touch up successfully!I’m thrilled with my root touch up experience! I had highlights and keratin done over the summer and loved the look. With roots coming out I wanted to maintain my look. Great color, bad conditionerI have always been happy with my eSalon experience. There was a change in the shampoo/conditioner that was shipped with the November and December order. The conditioner prior to the November delivery always left my hair smooth and silky after coloring. This time my hair was dry and brittle, even while the conditioner was still in my hair. I had to use my own deep conditioner after rinsing the conditioner that came with the package, followed by argan oil to rebalance my poor hair. The color is always great.
