Doesn't cover gray hairI was very excited to use your product, I used it as directed, and ----- no gray coverage at all. My ''part'', on the right side of my head, looks like I never colored my hair. With the price of your product, How can this be? I filled out the questionairre truthfully..... and now I have ''barely'' colored hair. Roots and hair ends didn't matchI used the kit as directed, using one on the roots and the other on the ends.
