Color adjustment is betterVery nice to work with this company. My updated color was better. Still not sure if it may need another adjustment. Color Did not StickI asked for a color adjustment, which was done. However, the color completely washed out after letting it sit for 45mins and I am now left with a head full of gray hairs immediately after a color. Just started using it.The ammonia was to much and my skin is very sensitive. Started to get burning sensation on my scalp. Had to wash it out immediately. I ended up giving my second batch of coloring to a friend. I won't be ordering again. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Found the perfect color !I love eSalon. My first order, choosing from the color samples, wasn't at all what I was aiming for. I sent customer service an email with my concerns and they were wonderful. They set up a phone call with the colorist and I was able to explain what I was looking for. The second coloring was much better but still needed a few tweaks. Again they listened and adjusted and on the third try it was perfect ! Exactly what I was looking for. And the grey, or rather white, in my hair is covered and stays covered ! It's truly wonderful. It does not wash out like I have had in the past, even with salon dyed hair. Towards the time I need to re-dye my hair, it gets lighter but the white hairs do not come through. So when the color fades a bit it just looks more like highlights instead of grey/white.
