Horrible, fo not recommendDried my hair out. Made my hair feelike straw. Hair still felt like straw even after deep conditioning. Color didn't even last 10 days. Did not cover gray wellFirst time using this product. I was very meticulous in following the instruction as my gray overgrowth is driving me crazy. For some unknown readin my left side gray was not covered well! So disappointing! I wanted to make sure it got civered that i did not even use the color guard sent. Pleasantly surprisedI was not sure what to expect from ordering hair color online but the results were amazing. Way better than store bought. My hair color looks natural. No signs of gray hair. I love the shampoo and conditioner that came with the package. It left my hair silky soft. I style my own hair and it stayed soft and held the style for over a week. Nailed itThis was my second time receiving a color from esalon. My colorist got it just like I wanted. Perfect. The only thing I would change is salon hair is usually glossier when finished.
