Gray coverage is excellentWill be able to give 5 stars when the color is perfect. The formula still has more red than I’m happy with. COSTO ECCESSIVOIl primo ordine aveva un costo promo di 22,00 euro, il colore non era come desideravo. Ho fatto una richiesta di modifica colore, il costo del secondo ordine è stato di 27,95. Peccato che quando il postino me l'ha consegnato ha preteso altri 12,54 euro per spese doganali. Not enough for hair lengthNot enough product. Also didn’t cover grey even though I had explained it didn’t. All I got was extra time added. Not very good customer service. Still have a box unused. Color didn’t workBeen using for a while. Smelled strong, texture felt different while applying, and it left whole areas without color. I had to buy spray on color to cover up splotches until I could get a haircut or color again. Ugggg!I loved the first few times I colored my hair with your hair coloring products, however this last coloring was a bit frustrating. LOVE the color, but after 5 washes and using high quality hair products, the color is still found on my hair towel. It has never done this in the past with your salon products.
