TRUST THE PROCESS!!I won’t lie… going into this, I was not very hopeful. I knew the dye was good however I didn’t expect it to be THAT good!! My colorist worked with me to find a color that not only made my hair look good, but also made my skin glow!!! Plus the process was so incredibly easy!!! Pratique mais chimiqueLe set est bien conçu, on y trouve tout le matériel nécessaire à la coloration et les explications sont simples. Par contre les produits sentent très fort l'ammoniac et 2 mois après mon cuir chevelu est tjs brûlé... Je peine à m'en remettre. Ansatz Top, die Längen nichtMeine Farbe wäre perfekt. Wenn die Längen sich nicht so stark von dem Ansatz unterscheiden würden. Sie sind leider viel dunkler und bis jetzt meinte der Support, das ich fürs nächste Mal die Farbe anpassen muss. Gefällt mir nicht, da ich mich auf die Zufriedenheitsgarantie verlassen hatte. Still turned reddishThe color im going for is a cool beige which the ends of my hair are. My roots are still a reddish blonde color. I mentioned this the first time and was given a credit. Then despite sending a picture and expressing this in writing already...twice....was sent the exact same formula (after I get a msg about gray coverage which I never said anything about bc I dont have any gray hair so if there really is a note in my acct like I was told I dont why...not a word about changing it like I asked though) and what do you know....same results. Giving this one last chanceAlright, I tried it again. Last time my hair was destroyed. It turned purple! Took me months and money to get it back to one color, and back to blond. But decided to give it one more chance and I love it now! Worked great as an all over color! Was easier to use and didn't smell.
