Took 3 orders to finally get it rightI wanted a cranberry red color ended up more like carrot top coppery red. Second order came out more brown but third times the charm. Sent in a picture of the one I usually buy at the stores and this one turned out near perfect. Looking for a little change in color with next orderWith next order will request dark brown instead of darkest brown. Hair color appears more like black. May not look like in picture, however does in person. I realize eSalon has many various shades, which is a plus, so looking forward to making an adjustment. Just buy it.Don't even think about it. Don't buy hair color from a box. Box color is like trying to paint a Monet with a box of crayons. E Salon gives better advice for your hair than your stylist does. You can call them and they will help you find exactly what works for you. Don't pay salon prices, either. Nicht zufriedenDie Grauhaarabdeckung fehlt an vielen Stellen oft. Nach der 2.Wäsche kann man an den Schläfen und an den Ansätzen deutlich graue Haare entdecken.
