Definitely not satisfiedI asked for a dark purplish color and my roots are now bright orange. i have dark blonde hair and never said i wanted to go lighter, i specifically said i wanted DARK color. Not sure how i ask for a refund 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Dries my hair out and color washes outI was excited after my first shipment and color. The color was nice and I felt like it lasted until it grew out, but I don't know if the second shipment was different, but my hair became very very dry after I touched it up and after only a couple of days the color on the roots began washing out and the grays began showing again. I had already added the Tint Rinse onto my next order before I applied the second color and forgot to cancel the third shipment, so now I got the third shipment with the TInt Rinse that I will not be using and is a waste of money. I am very disappointed that this dried my hair so as much as I wanted to use this service it is not for me. Genau wie gewünschtIch bin durch eine Werbeanzeige auf eSalon gestoßen und habe es ausprobiert. Meine Haarfarbe - Kupfergold - ist genau so geworden wie ich es mir gewünscht hatte. TRUST THE PROCESS!!I won’t lie… going into this, I was not very hopeful. I knew the dye was good however I didn’t expect it to be THAT good!! My colorist worked with me to find a color that not only made my hair look good, but also made my skin glow!!! Plus the process was so incredibly easy!!!
