Unfortunately, what I received was extremely dark brown — my hair now looks almost black. I was aiming for a soft, medium brunette look, but this is way too dark and doesn’t match the description or image. If you’re looking for a true medium brown, I’d recommend going at least one or two shades lighter than what you think you need. MécontentementJe viens tout juste de recevoir la commande du mois d’avril ! D’ailleurs tellement ça a tardé j’ai complètement oublié la commande jusqu’à ce que je la reçois aujourd’hui. La couleur ne correspond absolument pas à ce que j’avais demandé et cela depuis la dernière commande chatin cendré Merci d’annuler mon abonnement.
