Turned My Hair OrangeI don’t know why my hair is orange when I ordered Ash Blonde. Next order I requested a drastic change in my custom color and received almost the exact same color. The color specialist don’t communicate or seem to listen to your issues. Color didn't turn out ?I tried out eSalon not for grays, but just for fun. I chose Med Brown Ash Pearl for my natural dark brown hair expecting a real change, but it just made my hair a little lighter with a little red tint. Not so noticeable and not the med brown ash pearl color as in the image at all!! Maybe it's not possible for my hair color?? Color not what I asked forI specifically asked for an ashy light brown what my hair is is orange brown and this was on new growth with no color on it to affect the color application. Most recent color orderI am not sure what happened, but I just put color on my hair four days ago. I have been very happy with my color, however, this time the mixture did not darken my hair at all.
