Did nothing.So I uploaded pictures of what I wanted. The esalon gal told me they would have me do a tint rinse (copper) then demi permanent THEN to order permanent hair dye a month later. I did not want to do this but I also did not want to do JUST Tint Rinse and walk around with crazy hair. Well stuff came in, I did the Tint Rinse (Copper) as esalon lady said to do. It did take out all the weird highlights and whatever madness my hair was doing, made my hair very soft. NEXT day did the Demi Permanent. LITERALLY DID NOT CHANGE MY HAIR AT ALL! NO change! So I made a new account ordered the Permanent hair in same color AND STILL NO FREAKING CHANGE! I wasted $80 between demi and permanent hair for it to do NOTHING MORE THAN THE TINT RINSE! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Loved the color BUT....I just did the color about a month ago... I absolutely love the color, the conditioner etc.!! I just don't need it every month... I would like to get it maybe 2 times a year, possibly 3.... How could I do that? And, I just want EXACTLY what you sent me last time, I do not want any changes!! Yet again - wonderful!So full disclosure, I just deleted my first one star review. I had given that review way back in the spring of 2020 after I tried my first color treatment, and the first mix was not quite right since it came out too orangey. I was a novice in doing my own hair, but with the COVID restrictions, I had not been able to visit a professional salon for months and I was feeling so dull and dumpy that I was ready to try a home subscription service. What I didn't realize was that I could use a balancing shampoo and tone down the brassy colors - so the customer service people at E-salon helped me out. With the next shipment of color, they had adjusted it and also I added a light set, to get the lighter streaks that I was used to. OMG. It turned out amazing, and now I am hooked. How I wanted to love..butI followed the steps as instructions shown. After patiently waiting for my fab results.. dried.. just to notice IT DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
