Incredible customer serviceI chose the wrong colour for myself and sent a message simply for an adjustment on the following set and was so impressed by the response. My colour was changed to one I now love and I was sent the colour for the ends free again since it was going to be different even though it was my mistake in the wrong colour selection and nothing to do with the service. Good initial colour, easy application, convenient.I have tweaked my colour to a cool mid-brown. The colour is good after application but fades quickly to a yellow tone that I don't much like. Good at first…The first set sent was great. After that every bottle turned my hair a different colour and I ended up going on holiday looking like Ronald McDonald! (Yes there were tears!) I still have two bottles that I had pre-ordered. I will not be using them and have gone back to my original brand. Good concept, bad coverage!This is my second time trying this hair color set out. I waited a year due to thinking maybe postpartum hormones were a factor but I don't find that to be the case. The first time, it didn't touch my very few grays. I went a darker color so I expected this to work. Aside from the horrific, eye burning smell, it didn't touch my grays. A year later, since my hair girl was put out of biz due to COVID, I decided to try again. This time, the awful smell was still there and my few tiny grays were only magnified by the copper in the color I chose. In my otherwise dark hair, they stand out like a lighthouse!
