ImpressedI dyed my hair today, using esalon for the first time and I have to say, I am so happy with the results. Hopefully I will remain as pleased as time goes on after numerous washes, but so far, so good. I’m rather particular when it comes to my hair and so I’ve ended up doing it myself at home over the years, as I’m never happy after going to the hairdressers as they rarely give me the natural ashy brown I’m always seeking (my root colour) but esalon seem to have hit the nail on the head this time and I have already recommended to my mother. I added in photos and a note about what I was seeking and the process was quick and very easy. I had the medium brown (ash) colour and I was worried when it was developing as it looked pretty dark but once I washed and dried it, it was perfect. 4 of 4 people found this review helpful. Easy to use and great colourI am so pleased with the colour my stylist created for me. It was really easy to apply and looked great. I have been using it for over a year and I am still as happy with it as I was with the first order. When I have wanted to make slight adjustments they were efficient and polite. Poor gray coverageFirst I’d like to start by saying the color wasn’t what I expected however it was not terrible and I’ve actually received some compliments, but I wanted to have a brown root with my already highlights with the goal being to secondly, cover my gray hair/re-growth. The color was actually the same color as my highlights so it lightened it and I still had a good amount of gray hairs showing (people didn’t notice but I did). Horrible companySo much for your own stylist to color plan. I did my profile for a copper orange, and received the item only to find out the color is brown. I’ve been a copper for 8years now only to have ESalon mess that up and damage my hair! The product smelled horrible and my hair is now damaged. Very disappointed. Best Color for me 70 and totally grey.Upon using a coloring which was over a year old, my hair came out pink. Not realizing Hair coloring cannot sit for more than 6 months. I called E Salon and they quickly went to work to help me get the pink coloring out of my hair and back to the color which I had ordered. They worked very hard to come up with the right chemical changes to remove my pink hair. At last they sent me a color and hair stripper which worked very well. All the pink was removed from my hair and the h air color helped to cooridinate with my original hair color. I trust E Salon with everything involving my hair and so should you.
