Absolutely LOVE this!I've never enjoyed coloring my hair but I'm too vain to not cover the gray! :-) Store-bought products never quite gave me the results I wanted but they did cover the gray hair for a few weeks. My first order from eSalon was amazing! Just opening the box was like unwrapping a present! Gray blendingAfter several adjustments and conversations with a few colorists since last year, I'm finally getting my desired hair color. Part of this was that the very first color mix was lost in translation and all the others were adjustments in trying to make the proper correction. Now I can finally say I am beginning to achieve my initial desired results. DisappointedFor some reason the color did not stick as well this time. It was not as rich as the first time and did not last. It seemed to wash out and I do not wash my hair that often. Amazing!!I am so impressed with the product quality, color and the packaging is stunning! Feel super pampered when I use it! The customer service has also been top notch!
