Slightly disappointedThis color turned out very brassy despite my following the instructions to a T. It also didn’t cover up my grays. It would be perfect without the brass and if it covered my gray. Awesome Hair Color ProductsI have been using eSalon hair color products for about 9 months now due to the pandemic closures. I used to go to get my hair done once a month. I am saving so much money since. When I was ready to order I contacted the colorist. She really listened to my explanation of the color I was trying to achieve and was very nice. I feared going from blonde highlights to a darker color (medium brown) and using cheap hair color products that would damage my hair. My hair feels and looks very soft, shiny and I get many compliments. I definitely recommend trying eSalon. To be honest, I did try another brand one month to see if I liked the other brand better but my hair felt dry and not manageable after coloring it. So, I came back to eSalon! Loved it ! Silky shiny hair , looks professionally done !Easy step by step process . Even colour throughout despite left over balayage ends that were not cut . Some grey showing through by roots in terms of coverage but first time I’m colouring my own hair since high school ! It’s still covered but you can see the silver shine through under lighting . Received tons of compliments where friends and family are looking to order . I have a sensitive scalp but had no issues with irritation with the dye or shampoo .
