Same color!I talked to my color specialist and explained how I didn't like my first color, it wasnt dark blonde like I wanted, it was more of a ugly rusty burnt orange. She apologized and said she would adjust my color well Guess what COLOR WAS THE SAME! Im not going to pay $30 for color I hate. Good customer serviceThe customer service is good they try to fix what is wrong but the Hair Care does not work for me. I got the wrong developer two times and the color did not stay in my hair but it lightened my hair when I was supposed to go almost black. Perfect color!Requested help with toning down my brassiness in my hair. Because my hair to lighten in the summer and tends toward brassy blond. Received the best color ever! I LOVE THE RESULTS!I was absolutely not expecting the colour to come out THAT great! Andrea created my custom colour exactly how I had wanted it (and I didn't give her much to go on with). I am amazed at how accurate the colour turned out. I wanted to a shade or two lighter than my original dark brown hair with a hint of mahogany/red tones and cover some greys. The custom colour did exactly that and then some. The entire kit was so personalized (even came with a poem) and esalon thought of everything. I would definitely continue to order my colours from esalon going forward. ExcellentI love you , my original hair color as a child was golden blonde as I got older it started getting darker and darker . I always wanted that golden blonde back but every time I would try to dye it with store bought color I would turn red .
