Great idea - good product, easy instructionsLoved the idea, product, ease, and outcome of my 1st attempt to color my hair. Trying to cover the grays... First try was fair to good. 2nd and 3rd attempts would have been better if instructions in 1st has said to keep the brush. Great surpriseOrder arrived even earlier than expected. I finally changed my hair colour and got one more natural and similar to my roots, so hopefully I wan't see the root again when my hair regrow. It just dind't perfectly cover some small little grey hair I have just in the forehead. Overall I am happy with the colour and hope it will last till I'll do the roots again. I usually did my dye at home, so for me not difference in price, on the contrary I spent even less. But I was happy that I could costumize my new colour and gor new suggestions. I am not sure I'll buy it for 22E now as I think this is too much considering you can easier find it in shops for less. DisappointedI was so excited to get my new color. I have had trouble in the past with my grey hairs turning pink instead of auburn, so I thought I would give this a try. I followed the directions on top of already coloring my own hair fir the last 30+ years and it didn’t turn my grey hair pink but it barely covered my grey hair. Work in ProgressSeveral tries to get the color I want but colorists are very helpful and I have been refunded for color I didn’t like. I really like the product and the customer service so I’m willing to give it a solid shot. Lovely colour and beautifully packaged..I've taken one star off because I was hoping for an Ash brown but unfortunately got a chestnut brown. It's a pretty colour but not what I was after. Perhaps my hair throughs out reds when it's dyed. So I'm back to the drawing board to find my perfect Ash brown! IF U HAVE LONG HAIR DONT BUY!!I have LONG HAIR and I told them I NEEDED more than one bottle but just received one bottle!! I still haven't been able to use this hair dye, so it was such a WASTE of my time! Even when they asked me to send them a picture. I had to cut my hair to start newProduct is too rich in ammonia. In my opinion this product is perhaps too strong to be handle at home and I doubt to be handle in a hair salon. After two times that I used it, Ian’s reading all the reviews, the product left my hair all a dry and burned looking. I had to go to a profesional to cut it very short. I want to warn people who is using it. Does not cover your roots entirely either even if choose I darker tone on your roots. Frankly speaking they should remove this item from the market. The advertisement keeps popping out for me to get one free after the purchase of 10. Well, if I would have done that I would had probably would had lost all my hair by now. Depressing experience. I will take this formula to an expert and see if there is someone I could go to escalate this matter and see what happens. In the meantime I will keep cutting it short and wait a few years to regrow.
