Helped me fine tune my colorWas able to make changes and now have the perfect color for me. There had been changes made by the colorist and now it is perfect. I really appreciate the ability to fine tune to get the color you really want. You don't have to settle for just whatever color you get. Quality color products with excellent supportI've been using higher ends brands, but store bought, for the last 5 years or so. I felt like I was searching for the Holy Grail of a darker Auburn that didn't look pink/purple in the sun or generally fade after a week or two. Anyone that prefers reds, knows how hard it is to get a good one, let alone how to maintain it. Not only was the package full of extras that any store-bought color will never give you, like skin protector and color oops wipes (which, ironically, I didn't even need!)... But it had very simple instructions that were easy to follow. The color itself is natural looking and vibrant without being overwhelming and that is specifically what I told my colorist I was looking for and she delivered. Excellent follow-up afterwards to find out how I felt about the color and small adjustments were made to lighten up the brown element. Absolute disasterI highly regret even trying this. My hair was one solid color - i ordered a color almost exact to my current color which was a very dark rich brown. Only ordered it to even out the tones from being in the sun surfing. I was sent two different color combinations - I even emailed and asked about it before using. One was for "roots" which i didn't have and the other for "ends". The "darkest brown chocolate" somehow bleached the top half of my head into a red/copper color and the bottom half is a completely different color. This is going to cost hundreds to correct.
