Custom Hair ColorI went to use my hair color and the color was tinged w/white and had a cloudy appearance. I checked to see if the bottle was damaged but it was unopened and intact. It was unusable. I needed to cover my gray that day because I had a special event to attend. I was forced to go out and purchase a boxed color. Still no natural red color. It is either too brassy or none at all.I have not been happy with the mix of color. This current order left my hair a mousy brown...no red highlights at all. Finally found my perfect color!Thanks to esalon I’m getting my perfect salon hair color at home. I love that I was able to communicate with a colorist and adjust the original hair color they created for me. The new color was exactly what I wanted and they sent me instructions on how to apply it. I have never been so pleased with my hair color!Thank you! I actually went to a hair salon a few weeks ago to get highlights in. I did not like my hair as much as I do when I use your products.
