Bad luck with this companyThe color I received was not close to what I asked for and it took ten months to get back to a normal shade after that brassy disaster. One thing I will give them is their color has staining power! I specifically had not checked autoship because I wanted to check out the color first and I also knew I would be moving to another address. They shipped the next month anyway to the address I had already left. By the time I was able to retrieve the package it was too late to return it. While I was very annoyed, I didn’t want to bother writing a bad review but did call the company and tell them I was unhappy with their product. Despite that, they’ve continued to bombard me with emails asking me to come back. Supi!Beratung ist Top und man spart sich den Weg zum Friseur. Ich bin viel zu ungeduldig mir die Haare jedesmal beim Friseur 2 Stunden lang färben zu lassen. Daher passt eSalon super zum selber färben, jederzeit Zuhause. Vor allem wenn man graue Ansätze hat, muss man ständig färben. Toll wäre noch ein wöchentlicher Ansatzfärber für die Haare, (die im Gesicht am Ansatz grau) nach einer Woche auffällig werden. Amazing!I have box dyed my hair in home for over 13 years now. Almost every time my hair turns yellow/orange/red! It not uncommon for me to dye it multiple times in one week just trying to fix it. I'm lucky I have hair left. I decided to try this company after watching a YouTube video. I followed the directions and my hair turned out PERFECT! I'm so happy! Dark blond to medium ash blonde. Great ProductAbsolutely adore this product. I had a phone call from an hair advisor at esalon, which was appreciated. I chose a dark blonde ro touch up my roots. I amnso impressed. My hair looks fabulous and was easy to do witht the follow guide. Was very impressed. I will definitely continue to use these excellent products. I think I may choose a highlighter or a lighter blonde to see how they compare to cover roots products.
