Needed more dyeUnfortunately one bottle wasn’t enough to cover my ends. Plus, my roots seemed lighter. And it was more of a soft black than a blue black on my ends, for the parts of my hair that got some color. Bad luck with this companyThe color I received was not close to what I asked for and it took ten months to get back to a normal shade after that brassy disaster. One thing I will give them is their color has staining power! I specifically had not checked autoship because I wanted to check out the color first and I also knew I would be moving to another address. They shipped the next month anyway to the address I had already left. By the time I was able to retrieve the package it was too late to return it. While I was very annoyed, I didn’t want to bother writing a bad review but did call the company and tell them I was unhappy with their product. Despite that, they’ve continued to bombard me with emails asking me to come back.
