Didn't cover any grays, color washed down the drain.I've been satisfied with previous custom color sets I've received, but recently the quality has dropped substantially. I followed the instructions carefully, per usual, and the dye didn't cover any of my grays, and all the purple washed down the drain. MagnifiqueJe vais commencer par la réception du colis, le paquet qui est personnaliser un plus. Puis la présentation est parfaite avec les flacons et la notice très explicite. Perfect!This is my third set now, and love my custom colour. I was a bit too cautious with my first colour, but after giving feedback to the team my formula was tweaked & now it’s perfect. Needed more dyeUnfortunately one bottle wasn’t enough to cover my ends. Plus, my roots seemed lighter. And it was more of a soft black than a blue black on my ends, for the parts of my hair that got some color.
