Root Touch-upI received my root touch-up and used it to get rid of the pesky grays. I had shared pictures and explained my desire to be able to touch up the roots in between salon visits. Initially, the color seemed perfect but faded after a few washes. I contacted a color specialist, and she adjusted my color. Haarfarbe auf BestellungDie Haarfarbe hat nur 10 Tage gehalten!!! Hat sich sehr schnell heraus gewaschen! Was ist schief gelaufen? Bin sehr verärgert.
