One word: AwesomeI was very much on the fence about ordering color online and after a couple of weeks I took the plunge and ordered. I sent 3 pictures along with my color quiz and my colorist NAILED IT! I was a little worried about seeing the word "mahogany" but this is a perfect match to the current color I was wearing. I've used both home box color and had salon color and both were very strong smelling and left my hair dry afterward. This smell was not strong and my hair was insanely soft and shiny after. It been a month and I still don't see gray hair poking through. I have my auto-ship set for 10 weeks and feel comfortable ordering again and again. It would be nice to get free shipping with any auto-ship and not just those over $40. I know a lot of other companies that offer that as a perk as well as the discount. Ne tiens pasLe concept est top, malheureusement la couleur dégorge encore après 4 lavages et au final ne tien pas. Je vois toujours mes cheveux blanc après le 1 et lavage. J’avais pris violet comme couleur, je ne vois pas du tout le violet .. trop peu de dose malgré qu’on m’en ai renvoyé une, on m’a renvoyé la même dose donc je ne l’utiliserais même pas si non je dois en recommander une autre pour pouvoir faire tout mes cheveux. Tolle Farbe, Super ServiceIch färbe mir seit über einem Jahr die Haare mit meiner personalisierten Farbe von esalon. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten wegen der Adresse (es Stand nicht genau dabei mit welchem Lieferanten es kommt)....Danke an den super Service und einer Farbanpassung ist die Farbe perfekt für mich. Super Grauabdeckung am Ansatz und die Farbe hält, dass ich wirklich mit einer Pause von 6 -7 Wochen auskommen bevor ich den Ansatz nachfärben muss. Es ist zwar teurer wie ein Drogerieprodukt aber günstiger wie beim Friseur und ich finde das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Auch ist das mit dem ABO sehr gut geregelt. Man hat auf alles Zugriff und kann selbst bestimmen ob man aussetzen will die Pausen verringern oder verlängern will. Bin sehr zufrieden. Color lasts longer for red hairI've tried the loreal color & co, and between them and eSalon, the eSalon wins hands down. I use an auburn like color on my long hair, the dye really covers my gray hair (roots mostly) and lasts longer than ANY box dye I have tried. I admit, I was skeptical when I opened my order up and saw 2 different color dyes. After reading the instructions though, I was impressed with the idea of one color for the roots, and one slightly different shade for the ends. I left the root color on 5 minutes longer due to my grays. The color was a little bright at first, but went away after 2 washes.
