Custom Color SetI have tried eSalon's coloring 3 times and not happy. I believe esalon products are not for my type hair. The coloring kit dried out my hair so badly. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Instructions for the skin allergy test are included in our Product Safety & Usage guide with every hair color order. On behalf of the eSalon Family, we wish you a quick recovery. |
Toller ServiceIch bin total begeistert. Erst habe ich gezögtert. Aber sowohl von der Qualität der Produkte, als auch über den Service bei Farbwechsel kann ich nur gutes berichten. Ich kann den eSalon nur jeder Frau empfehlen. Grey coverage and tone down of brassinessAll eSalon products are great. This time I needed a change to my formula to reduce brassiness as I grow out my hair and give the rest of my hair a pick me up.
