Easy to Use, Feels Great, and Best of All, Looks Great!I started using eSalon four months ago when the pandemic started. When all the stores shut down and I wasn't able to get my usual dye, I got sick of looking at the inch of bright blond roots that invaded my chocolate brown hair. After looking over reviews for a few mail order companies, I decided to give eSalon a try. I am so glad I did! I was able to communicate with them what my hair was like (thick with waves and some split ends), what I wanted to do (add some red to my hair, hide those roots, and maybe add a bit of hair repair), and how often I needed to receive my shipment to maintain my look (every four weeks). Each kit has come with everything I have needed to take care of the dye job, along with easy to understand directions on how to get the job done. I LOVE my new color and I'm hoping to go a little more red in the future. Not only that, but my hair's texture seems to have improved as well! The only complaint I have (and it has nothing to do with eSalon) is that after I'm done, the red has splashed so much in the shower that it looks a little too much like that scene in Psycho!
