All colors turn out the sameI find the color to be high-quality. My hair is soft, shiny and healthy after each coloring. The color ages well and looks natural and three-dimensional. The reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I've tried three different colors and they always turn out the same. I have tried: light brown copper mahogany, dark blonde copper mahogany, and dark blonde strawberry. They have all turn out exactly the same - a medium brown color with just a touch of red. My Custom Color is Spot On A Perfect Match!I ordered quite awhile back (9 mo ago) and just got around to using. Nailed it.it's been hard matching my new hair colour but Jessica you've nailed it. When my first order was too dark and I told esalon they stepped back up and offered to adjusted the colour for me. This new blend is a perfect match to my hair and now my worries about my roots are solved. I don't have to go the shops to pick a box dye up thats another bonus or have worry that I won't get the same colour as the one I was using as the brand has changed their colours without notice. Esalon is sent straight to my door. I love my hair looks and feels amazing. Thank you so much esalon for persevering with me. This is the only place I will be getting my colour from form now on. Not satisfiedThey sent the wrong color, I canceled yet they sent it after I canceled. Also Italked to a colorist and after I told her two times I couldn't use certain tones they sent the color with both tones that would not work with my hair they Also didn't give me a full refund it's not good business to send wrong color.
