CoverageJust used my color and I have be honest I was not happy especially for what I paid. Not the color I wantedThe coloring process seems overcomplicated, but I like that you are provided everything you need to use the product. While red hair is admittedly hard to match, the color I received is much, much darker than I expected or wanted. I included a photo of my natural hair color- which is on the orange/blonde side, and the color I ended up with is more of mahogany/brunette. Recent purchaseI have been using this brand for all of my hair care products for about 3 years!! One thing that I really love is that it is delivered in my mail which in turn saves me from having to go inside a store!! Because of my health issues, which includes Immune System Cancer, I try to avoid large crowds. One of my daughters who is 42 also has some major health issues! So, now she will be using ESalon. All colors turn out the sameI find the color to be high-quality. My hair is soft, shiny and healthy after each coloring. The color ages well and looks natural and three-dimensional. The reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I've tried three different colors and they always turn out the same. I have tried: light brown copper mahogany, dark blonde copper mahogany, and dark blonde strawberry. They have all turn out exactly the same - a medium brown color with just a touch of red. Nailed it.it's been hard matching my new hair colour but Jessica you've nailed it. When my first order was too dark and I told esalon they stepped back up and offered to adjusted the colour for me. This new blend is a perfect match to my hair and now my worries about my roots are solved. I don't have to go the shops to pick a box dye up thats another bonus or have worry that I won't get the same colour as the one I was using as the brand has changed their colours without notice. Esalon is sent straight to my door. I love my hair looks and feels amazing. Thank you so much esalon for persevering with me. This is the only place I will be getting my colour from form now on.
