First time customerThis was my first time using esalon. Impressed with the quick dispatch and the presentation box. I appreciated the extra bottle of colour, however I’ve not used it and would have preferred to have the option to choose when to have that extra once I’ve worked out the correct colour for me. As it is i now have a bottle of colour and developer I won’t use as I don’t really like the colour. In terms of the colour choice I was really impressed, unfortunately the dark blonde option which was recommended is a bit too dark for my liking and is darker than my natural colour which I was trying to match). Having said that my hair is super soft and I’ve been impressed with the grey coverage. CoverageJust used my color and I have be honest I was not happy especially for what I paid. Not the color I wantedThe coloring process seems overcomplicated, but I like that you are provided everything you need to use the product. While red hair is admittedly hard to match, the color I received is much, much darker than I expected or wanted. I included a photo of my natural hair color- which is on the orange/blonde side, and the color I ended up with is more of mahogany/brunette.
