Best coverage of grays without going to darkVery impressed. I have hard to cover grays and this did the trick without going to dark. Tried other online coloring kits and could never get gray coverage without going to black (which is too harsh) plus had to leave color on for an hour and still the gray was not covered! Individual attention to detail saved meThis was my first time trying esalon. I was contacted by esalon and told that THEY found a color that would be much better than what I had requested. Thank goodness for that! The color formula that they chose was... PERFECT!! Great colorWith the help of the eSalon support , I was provided with the perfect color. This was my first time coloring my own hair and I had many questions regarding permanent vs. demi permanent. Because I did not want commitment to a permanent color (not knowing how it would turn out) I chose demi permanent and it was EXACTLY what I wanted for covering my gray. The support team is wonderful. Got it rightMy husband was my colorist in our first attempt at home hair coloring. He was a champ and a perfectionist. I was tired of paying salon prices. I figured esolan could be the next best option. “ AND IT WAS!!!”. I am a true redhead, unfortunately with age I have had to enhance the red. Y’all know what I mean. I am in week 3 1/2 and the color is still awesome and roots are not in need of any color!! The color that I picked after the questionnaire was just what I thought it would be. Very happy! I am extending the next color to 6 weeks instead of 5, I maybe able to extend it to 8 weeks. I will keep you posted. Erwartungen übertroffenIch war anfangs sehr skeptisch, wurde aber positiv überrascht. Das Auftragen war sehr einfach, kein Tropfen und kein zu unangenehmer Geruch der Farbe. Auch die Menge war wider Erwarten ausreichend.
