Second time was perfectMy first color was more brown than red. But I worked with my colorist, and she nailed it the 2nd time. I love the color. I know red is a difficult color to match and keep. I do have a lot of grays but not yet salt and pepper. I've been coloring my hair red since 2010, so I'm really not sure about how many grays I do have. So I only can judge by my roots. This product does cover the grays very well. Really loved itEasy to handle. Liked the color until I realized there was a yellowish tone. Wrote to eSalon, they changed it and now it is perfect. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my schedule because they are charging custom duties now. Makes a plus of about 10 Euro. Altogether 30 Euro. Schöne Farbe, einfache AnwendungHabe vorher von eSalon ein helleres blond gehabt und wollte eine Farbveränderung. Die Farbe die ich jetzt erhalten habe, ist ein sehr schönes Mittelblond. Die Anwendung war wie immer sehr einfach und alle weiße/graue Haare wurden gut abgedeckt.
