Easy to use and great packagingI loved opening all the packages and enjoyed the whole process. My colour is quite a bit darker than I’d hoped for. Not sure why. Will have to see how I get on with this new colour for a while before I make a proper decision. It’s a great product overall. Very Happy with my resultsI was a bit hesitant, but after speaking w/ a consultant I decided to give eSalon a try. I am please with the results, and am going to continue to purchase my customized hair care. ( it's even got my name on it. Love it) ! i DIDNT SEE ANY DIFFERENCEI've had two formulas sent to me, both for my grow out (roots). My hair is naturally a level 7 and my lengths are level 9. I didnt see a difference after using two different custom color sets sent to me., I followed the directions meticulously and the second time I tried it on freshly washed hair! When I lighten my hair myself using other products, I always use a 10 volume developer and I rarely leave it in longer than 15 minutes. On the fenceI keep going back and forth on whether I'm liking the color or not. The process was very easy and laid out step by step so that was helpful.
