Love it!I am very pleased with this color. My concern was would there be enough product to cover my hair. My hair is shoulder length and very thick. Plenty of product to cover my hair. I was surprised to see the developer. It is thick and pure white and creamy. Nothing like the retail stores and packaged products you buy at a retail store. Gray coverage is badThe color smelled worse than what I was using before and my hair did not feel good after coloring like it does with the professional color I was using, but I still kept an open mind. The color turned out quite pretty, but I was unimpressed with the gray coverage right after coloring. But about a week after I colored my hair, all the gray seemed to show back up. And yes, I followed the instructions to the letter and I am not a hair color novice by any means.
