Very damaging!I gave eSalon a chance with 3 separate orders. The color does not cover gray, comes out patchy, and severely damaged my hair. Color is not satisfactoryI didn’t have great expectations, but the color is off, and when my roots grew out there was quite a difference in color. Because of the pandemic, I felt it best to continue with Esalon until local salons could fix my hair back to my natural color. Overall, I’m simply not pleased with the color.
