catastrophe!!!Chatain naturellement j avais fait une coloration rousse et je désirais un roux plus soutenu plus orangé pus chaud, j'ai envoyé ma demande, une photo et je suis brune avec des reflets aubergine!!!!! j ai les cheveux très très longs aux fesses c'est irrattrapable....je suis plus que dégoutée tout mon entourage m a fait la remarque, mes cheveux sont très fonces avec des reflets violets et mes sourcils sont tellement plus clairs maintenant! Si vous tenez à vos cheveux, ne prenez pas le risque..... et en plus je viens de m'apercevoir que c'est un abonnement et ils ont osé me renvoyer une autre coloration!!!!! Beste HaarfarbeIch bin immer noch happy, nach mittlerweile drei Colorationen - immer etwas dunkler - bin ich weiterhin zufrieden. Meine Haare können die Prozedur gut ab und glänzen wunderschön. Great productI have colored my hair at least twice with Esalon products and very happy with results! Color is spot on and hair looks shiny and feels soft.
