True to toneThis is my first color with esalon and i like it. I think the color is pretty true to what i was expecting and I’m very impressed that the medium blonde is actually medium blonde! So glad I got round to trying this colour....I bought this hair colouring kit in 2020, but for a variety of reasons, l wasn't able to use it straight away. I finally used it last week and I was very pleasantly surprised. The instructions were comprehensive and the product was easy to use. I wanted a medium strawberry blonde shade and this can be hard to achieve on 'grey' hair. (Which in my case is almost white) In the past, box colours have turned out too dark & 'muddy', or too light fading to a brassy yellowish colour. Initially I was sceptical about eSalon's claims that their product was superior to those available on the high street. However I was wrong! The shade is exactly as specified & the overall colour is very even. So far, it isn't fading anything like as fast as a home colour. Plus, of course, the eSalon shade can be 'tweaked' at any time, if required. For comparison - A decent UK box colour is about a third of the price of eSalon. However eSalon is about a third of the cost of a professional colour. Not correct.So, I’ve always dyed my own hair but decided I wanted better hair dye. This was my second box. I’m supposed to have black hair dye but my roots are red? Which is confusing because my natural hair is dark brown. Super disappointed considering the price. First Time but Not the Last Time! Love It!Really was a little reluctant to use this product. Had always been a salon client or in a pinch did the color myself (and usually with a little help). Was scared the color would be something way off cause it had 2 colors on the bottle. I was totally freaked and I waited and waited. Thought I could wait out the pandemic and just go to the salon ASAP. Talk about BAD HAIR for DAYS! Finally couldn't take another day and took out my eSalon. So surprised - it was so easy even I could do it! And the color was just great! My son & his wife came over just as I was drying out and they loved it - surprise! I got "Mom you still rock!" The coverage was very even and the ends seem to be a good match. Need a little trim and I'll be ready to rock'n'rolla for sure! I think I 've found my new salon and will spread the word about my positive experience. eSalon is the best way to I've found to color my long hair and that's hard to do. Thanks for giving me this awesome color and super easy way to achieve it. I'm still gonna try a few different shades and some of the support products eSalon promotes as time goes on since I plan on being an eSalon client until I'm old and gray and my rock'n'rolla days are done!! Amazing home dye kitThis is so easy to use and the quality is premium. I am currently using demi permanent and it has really condition my damage ends and the colour match is perfect. Too disappointed. Would never buy it again!I saw the good reviews and thought to give it a try. I have black hair and some gray hair. The color (copper mahogany)itself was really nice but I was really disappointed with the coverage. Followed the process 100% but still, my gray hair wasn't covered at all.
