Beautiful color but..I've been coloring my hair for 32 years, and this color is fantastic. My hairdresser loved it, too. But, it has left my hair so dry. I usually don't need to condition when I shampoo, and now I use heavy-duty conditioner every time, and leave it in through my shower. Not recommendMy hair is coming out in clumps after using this!!!!! Cancelled immediately and do not recommend. Update: to make the extreme hair loss even worse, the color (which looked great afterwards) has no faded into some awesome hot roots!!!! Even using the tint rinse, it did nothing. DisappointedDissatisfied I order a bottle refresher along with my root touch up and the refresher did not do anything for my hair and I end up with a hot root and yes I did follow up the proper steps this is not the first time u use e color although I was offer a credit for the refresher that did not work for my hair I end up having a 2 color tone on my hair that can only be corrected professionally because e salon couldn’t do any formula to match my hair 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
