Product was very drying on my hair.Not exactly what I was expecting. I followed the directions to the "t". First of all the color did not cover my grey hair. I am only showing grey around the hairline, but it did not cover the grey. Second of all, my hair ended up Very dry and it broke. I was going to use the high light package that I purchased, but decided not to as my hair was breaking and very dry. Then I received notice that my next shipment was "on its way". I rec'd the message on a Saturday. I called immediately on Monday AM to cancel and was told my shipment was already on the way. I did not have sufficient time to cancel this shipment. Perfect colorMy stylist Jessica made a great choice for me based on my photo. My initial choice was all wrong and a day after my order I woke up thinking: NOOO! But that same morning I got an email from my esalon stylist suggesting the right color and really Woah! Beautiful color that covers greys. Too darkI ordered dark brown for Fall. I put it on my dirty blonde hair and it came out black. I was sad cause looking forward to a dark brown but came out more black the dark brown. Loved it!From the tidy box of kit to the easy to display and follow instructions and the end colour, I loved this! Looks just like I’ve been to the salon. My one thing I’d add to the instructions is to make sure your finger is over the top of the bottle opening in the final step of adding water to the colouring bottle…I shook it everywhere! Oops! Not enough coverageI expressed how I have red undertones and want to cover them up.
