Best hair colour ever!My hair had become dry and my hair colour was fading dramatically two weeks after dying due to environmental causes and the menopause. I had tried so many different brands off the shelf to no avail. I saw eSalon online and although it is more expensive than off the shelf hair dyes I was desperate and decided to give it a go. This hair colour is brilliant. It doesn’t fade, my hair is in much better condition and the colour, mixed to my specifications is perfect. First Attempt is Good!Happy with my color! Exactly what I wanted. Hair feels great after styling, not dry or coarse. I will be using this again in 8 weeks. I do feel the packaging is excessive. Great Product and excellent consultation!I had used the permanent color but after being hospitalized with Covid I began losing much of my hair. After getting control of that problem I was afraid to resume coloring. Product was very drying on my hair.Not exactly what I was expecting. I followed the directions to the "t". First of all the color did not cover my grey hair. I am only showing grey around the hairline, but it did not cover the grey. Second of all, my hair ended up Very dry and it broke. I was going to use the high light package that I purchased, but decided not to as my hair was breaking and very dry. Then I received notice that my next shipment was "on its way". I rec'd the message on a Saturday. I called immediately on Monday AM to cancel and was told my shipment was already on the way. I did not have sufficient time to cancel this shipment. Perfect colorMy stylist Jessica made a great choice for me based on my photo. My initial choice was all wrong and a day after my order I woke up thinking: NOOO! But that same morning I got an email from my esalon stylist suggesting the right color and really Woah! Beautiful color that covers greys. Too darkI ordered dark brown for Fall. I put it on my dirty blonde hair and it came out black. I was sad cause looking forward to a dark brown but came out more black the dark brown.
