Perfect Color MatchMy first time trying and the color match was spot on. I was nervous at first as the root color was jet black, but turned out perfect. There are a few more steps than I am use to with box color, it is worth it. Fist time my hair didn't feel like straw after coloring. Color is good but my whites are still thereI followed all the instructions, however my whites are still very much there. Some had darkened a little bit (brownish) but I could clearly see whites/grey hair. The shampoo and conditioner were very good though as it left my hair feeling silky smooth.
