Not as I ExpectedI usually love my hair color; however, this time not so much. I requested a deeper reddish/brown but it came out much more brown with very little red. The color was not as vibrant as I usually get from my order. Also, I requested more gray coverage but got even less. The color faded much faster as well. I have always been happy but was disappointed with the outcome this shipment. I have requested a color adjustment, more gray coverage, and a longer-lasting result. Works just as expected but I do make 1 adjustmentI do love ESalon! I have some very resistant grey hair that grows fast therefore, going to the salon every 4 weeks is very expensive for me. I used to work in a hair salon so I have some experience with color application which has helped me. I do love the color match I have now but I do notice the color is quite faded after 6 weeks and gets quite brassy. Once I redo my color and do the suggested emulsify process, my color is good as new again. The kit has everything I need. I do leave my color on for 10 mins longer than the instructions. The instructions state 30 mins development time but I need 40 mins for full grey coverage. GraysI've been gettin my personalized color kit for 7 years. I love the color, it looks so natural. But I have had problems with the grays showing is just 3 to 4 weeks. Response to first use of product. I don't really want this published.I received the order Oct 5th. I used it the same day. The color did not cover my gray and my hair was dry and almost frizzy afterwards. I am not happy with the product and don't want any further deliveries.
