Awesome!!I was scared to do it myself since it was my first time using this product. And my hair is dark and thick and wasn’t picking up hair dye. I thought no way this works. Will not be ordering again and advise people go elsewhere for colorThis was definitely not the same color I ordered the first time. I’m going to cancel my account because I even contacted Esalon about it and they never replied. Worked fineI liked the packaging and product design, but overal the dye was only a little better than cheaper store bought dye. It was also a lot darker than I wanted so I changed it after a few days even though the color was pretty. I would try it again if it really would save me money compared to a salon, but for a new kit + shipping + import costs (that I was not expecting since it wasn't mentioned anywhere) it is not worth it for me. First time and hooked!I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the custom color kit. They absolutely nailed the color I was looking to achieve, which is pretty remarkable considering I never even stepped foot in the salon or met with a colorist. I'm so pleased with the results and this will be my go-to color option. And my hair feels nourished and healthy, not dry and brittle. Would highly recommend to anyone considering this option.
