Didn't cover grayI love the color but it didn't cover my gray hair this time. I did everything the same. Mix together applied for 30 minutes. Rinsed used your shampoo and conditioner. Brilliant will always use!I am in my 30s never coloured my hair before, had lots of greys coming through, was very nervous about dying my hair as I love my natural colour, I sent a picture and explanation about my natural colour- the colourist got it spot on - everyone has commented how it looks like my natural hair colour! And covered all my greys! The instructions were easy to follow, all the kit included was great! Customized perfectionWhat a great way to get a professional color for such little cost. My e-salon consultant was helpful, and responsive when I had questions. Great home kitI loved that the products were personalised with my name on them. The instructions were easy to follow and I loved the little sticker that held them on the wall. The kit was really good, with 2 pairs of gloves and I needed and used both pairs. The colour was really lovely and I am pleased with the results. Do not purchase if you have long and thick hairDo not purchase if you have long and thick hair - I didn't had enough product to do my whole head even though I mention in the form that I had extra long hair + thick hair. I also send a note right after receiving the box mentioning that and the message I got back was: "Your first order with us contained two bottles of hair color. One bottle for your roots and one complimentary color refresher for your ends. This was to ensure your first application of hair color was seamless from root to tip. And your future orders will contain one bottle of dye to use as a root touch up. If you love the Custom Ends Refresher for your long thick hair, you can always log into your account to add it to your Plan. You can even select if you would like it to ship every 1, 2, or 3 orders!" So I thought, ok, they read my email, I guess I should be good. Well I was wrong, color was blotchy and did not stayed in my hair. After 1st wach its like everything was washed away. Best hair colorI have had received 3 orders from e salon before and the color was good but not was I was looking for. I spoke to Mindy a color specialist and she adjusted my color to a light brown with a hint of red and a hint of gold. It is the perfect color, just like I used to have many years ago. The product is awesome and shipping is super fast. I have bought hair color from the store before and they fade so fast. This color stays for almost 12 weeks before slightly fading. Perfect!My second hair colour was just as I asked. I loved my first one however, I wanted it tweaked a little to give it depth and warmth. That’s what I got! My hair looks so shiny. It exploded!!I went to color my hair(which I’ve done 10 times before according to my order history), and after adding the color to the developer, it exploded all over the ceiling! Eeeek!! I believe it was due to the heatwave we’ve been having in Seattle, because it came out hot. Which I thought was odd. So, I was hoping I could get a replacement?
