Please just go to the salonI have a hard time believing eSalon personalizes dye mixtures. I specifically detailed what I did not want from this dye and what I got was exactly that. Best home colour I’ve foundThank you so much for a really good experience - I felt the consultation process was straightforward. I was slightly nervous using the colour for the first time, and I was slightly freaking as it looked brick red, but it developed into a really lovely, rich colour and the texture of my hair is also terrific. Glossy colour - at homeFirst time using this , I wasn’t sure what the colour would be like as you can’t really tell when you do the quiz . So box contains everything you need , plus a colour chart , just follow all the instructions - I like the sticker to attach the instructions! It does smell a bit - but no different to a professional salon , don’t forget to add water to any remaining dye for that final rinse - and there it is - glossy , beautiful salon quality due at home , it’s true ! Amazing colorI have colored my hair for many years and decided stop. Well my hair grew out all grey, I'm 60 yrs old. I couldn't stand the grey so I used eSalon and my hair looks amazing.
