Obsessed!I was initially dubious about ordering a hair colour virtually but my goodness it's an absolute game changer! The whole process is so so easy and I found myself getting really excited when browsing the available products. Its like they knew exactly what I wanted - which is to gradually reduce the copper tones in my hair to a more neutral colour. Their suggestions were super helpful and my first colour was perfect. I've ordered the highlights kit as part of my next order and I can't wait for it to arrive. It's not a pushy subscription service, it's totally on your individual terms and you can choose how little or often you get an order. I emailed to say I wanted my next colour to be a bit cooler in tone and they had responded within a day which was amazing. Perfect Color MatchMy first time trying and the color match was spot on. I was nervous at first as the root color was jet black, but turned out perfect. There are a few more steps than I am use to with box color, it is worth it. Fist time my hair didn't feel like straw after coloring. Color is good but my whites are still thereI followed all the instructions, however my whites are still very much there. Some had darkened a little bit (brownish) but I could clearly see whites/grey hair. The shampoo and conditioner were very good though as it left my hair feeling silky smooth.
