Not satisfiedThe gray hair is not fully covered even if i indicated that i needed 100% coverage. Even after using conditioner the hair looks a bit dry. Im not happy with the auto-charge and auto ship. I still have 2 sets in stock here and another 1 in transit that i can’t even cancel anymore. As i wasnt happy with the first one, I’m not keen to use these 2 sets that i currently have. Please dont ship the next one. First Time Using E-SalonI used a custom color from E-Salon for the first time & I am SO HAPPY with the results. My hair normally tends to turn very brassy so I had them send me a color that wouldn’t turn orange. I used medium ash brown. My hair is just a tiny bit darker than my current color but no brassiness. I am so glad that I can use this color now instead of paying so much at a salon. Everything was included in the kit, color, color brush, gloves, shampoo, conditioner, & stain remover. Overall Good QualityThe color is good and very easy to apply. I live that esalon includes step by step instructions and all the necessary tools you will need for your color application.
