The blue black isn't even blackI requested blue black as my color choice. The last couple of orders I received resulted in dark brown hair at the darkest. And that was not as a result of the color washing out. It was dark brown from Day 1 of dying. It is not black. I sent a request today to change it to THE DARKEST blue black they make. Obsessed!I was initially dubious about ordering a hair colour virtually but my goodness it's an absolute game changer! The whole process is so so easy and I found myself getting really excited when browsing the available products. Its like they knew exactly what I wanted - which is to gradually reduce the copper tones in my hair to a more neutral colour. Their suggestions were super helpful and my first colour was perfect. I've ordered the highlights kit as part of my next order and I can't wait for it to arrive. It's not a pushy subscription service, it's totally on your individual terms and you can choose how little or often you get an order. I emailed to say I wanted my next colour to be a bit cooler in tone and they had responded within a day which was amazing.
