Best discovery of 2021!I was always nervous to buy a color and dye my hair on my own. I was sure it would be a fail. But quarantine pushed many of us out of comfort zone, including self care. I actually decided to try e-Salon after a bad experience at the salon(a so much waited visit at the salon). I have a natural color hair and needed just a touch up on the roots that went totally wrong at the salon. Ended up with cooper roots instead of natural brown and no big wish to try another salon. What caught me to sign in, was the communication with the colorist. Answered all my questions and following questions, plus all the personalized features.. felt very extra!(in a good way of course). I was nervous when i got the package. Dyed my hair on my own for the first time in my life, covered my grown roots and the cooper roots from the salon and it looker perfect. I was impressed that a person, by few pictures could choose the color better than the "specialist" that had me in front of her. E-salon was the best decision of 2021 for me! Also, discovered other great products and I like to know that i have where to ask questions when i need to. Will definitely go to salons again but not for my root touch ups. perfect brownI tried the other company that sells a salon-quality color set and hands down, e-salon is much better. I have heavy grays and use the kit to cover them only (I also have highlights). It leaves a glossy shine, and true brown color. The amount of product provided is enough for complete coverage. company not accurately depictedThe customer staff is incredibly condescending and rude. The hair color is cheap and you are better off using John Freida box dye for a fraction of the cost. I could not recommend this service to anyone. I love itI have been dyeing my hair both in the salon and with off the shelf box dyes love the salon results but not the time and money needed to keep my grey hairs at bay and the supermarket hair dyes just don't last more than 2 weeks but I just tried my 1st box of esalon love the colour and it didn't wash out!! Absolute perfection!I’ve been looking for my natural shade (born ginger here) and couldn’t find it, no stylist could do it, so I went and bleached and did fashion colors for a couple years. I was ready to get back to natural for a bit and your custom formula hit the nail on the head! I have the color of my youth back thanks to eSalon. Loved it!!I wanted to go darker than my normal shade and this was the perfect system! It had easy to follow directions and I was done in an hour.
