In Love!!! 🖤I am a stay at home mama and it was really hard for me to find a day to work me into my old stylist schedule and the cost wasn’t helping anything either. When I ran across this I was super excited to try it. It’s affordable and I loved that it is professional and not regular box dye from a store. The instructions were easy to follow and I have never dyed my hair myself before now and it was so simple and I just can’t stop saying how much I love it! My colorist is awesome, I loved that she was super helpful and asked me what I wanted before she did anything. Great customer service gave me everything I needed for my first round and explained why she suggest doing something to help my hair be what I was wanting. Oh and the shipping was super fast!! Awesome!!I was scared to do it myself since it was my first time using this product. And my hair is dark and thick and wasn’t picking up hair dye. I thought no way this works. Will not be ordering again and advise people go elsewhere for colorThis was definitely not the same color I ordered the first time. I’m going to cancel my account because I even contacted Esalon about it and they never replied.
