Wanted to love.I never received the product. I thought it might be because I wrote worrying my stylist complaining about color. I received other beauty subscriptions so I know my mail person knows. Wrong colour and unhelpful.The colour I have been sent is terrible and is nothing like what I requested and now the colourist is telling me the colour cannot be fixed. I thought this service would save me the time and effort of going to a hairdresser but instead they have completely ruined my hair and now I look like a washed out goth girl.
